These are some of the ingredients…..Corn (whole maize kernels), vegetable oils, and salt. Flavored varieties typically contain several flavorings, often including MSG, maltodextrin, artificial flavors, artificial colors, and often some form of dairy/non-vegan ingredients, like cheese, whey, buttermilk, lactose… All together, about 30 ingredients…

Good grief who wants to eat that? Any things tastes better when it is homemade. You just need a few ingredients and 30 minutes and you can make these COOL RANCH DORITOS.

To make Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips you need store-bought corn tortillas. They are so easy to make at home and healthier for you.

Once cooked and cooled, these homemade tortilla chips are super crunchy, made with just a handful of simple and inexpensive pantry ingredients

  • Dry ranch dressing mix
  • White Cheddar cheese powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Dried tomato powder
  • Granulated garlic
  • Granulated onion

Store your homemade tortilla chips in an airtight container after they have cooled completely. They will last for up to a week.

  • 1/4 cup  dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbsps 2 teaspoons white Cheddar cheese powder
  • 2 tsps smoked paprika
  • 2 tsps dried tomato powder
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • 1 tsp popcorn salt
  • Desired number of corn tortillas cut into wedges


  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil and then cut into sixths. A pizza cutter works great.
    Spread tortilla chips out on a large baking sheet and back for about 12 minutes, flipping once.
  • Mix all spices together in a small bowl. Once tortilla chips are finished baking, place them in a large paper bag. Add the seasoning mix and shake until all chips are coated.
