  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook for 8–10 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  • Add the shredded corned beef to the skillet and warm it for a few minutes until heated through.

  • Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20–30 seconds until soft and flexible.
