Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon that has been crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Sour cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
- Arrange the potato rounds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve warm with sour cream on the side if desired.
