  • 5 pounds of hamburger
  • 5 tsps Morton's Tender Quick salt
  • 2 tbsps black pepper
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps mustard seed
  • 2 tbsps ground sage
  • 3 tsps smoked hickory salt

Instructions

  • Allow to cool completely before slicing.
  • Store in the fridge for 5-7 days or in the freezer for 6 months.
