When we lived at the farm we would always have extra people show up for dinner, or call and say they were coming over for a visit right at dinner time. Anytime you make this recipe do yourself a favor, and make two, one you can freeze and one you can pull out to real quick to feed other people.
You can heat it up quickly, add a side salad and some garlic bread and everyone loves it. It is so cheesy and so addictive you will make it often.

- frozen cheese ravioli
- marinara sauce
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- dried basil
- dried oregano
- garlic powder
This casserole keeps beautifully in the fridge for about 3 days in an airtight container. If you’re planning ahead you can freeze it for up to 2 months.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh, chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Top the ravioli with half of the remaining marinara sauce, followed by half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the dried basil, oregano, garlic powder evenly over the top.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
