Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
Top the ravioli with half of the remaining marinara sauce, followed by half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle the dried basil, oregano, garlic powder evenly over the top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
