Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6-8 burger buns

Instructions
 

  • Put beef into a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle soup mix evenly across the surface.
  • Add water.
  • Mix gently with your hands until combined and divide into equal portions.
  • Form patties slightly wider than the buns then grill or pan-cook until done.
  • Top with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese. Cook mushrooms in butter and pile them on top.
