Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk everything together until smooth.
Make sure the cornstarch is fully dissolved—this is what gives your sauce that restaurant-style thickness.
Set aside until your stir fry is almost done cooking.
Pour the sauce into the hot pan and stir for 1–2 minutes until it thickens and coats everything beautifully.
