Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps honey (or brown sugar)
  • 2 tbsps rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water or broth

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk everything together until smooth.
  • Make sure the cornstarch is fully dissolved—this is what gives your sauce that restaurant-style thickness.
  • Set aside until your stir fry is almost done cooking.
  • Pour the sauce into the hot pan and stir for 1–2 minutes until it thickens and coats everything beautifully.
