  • 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (pastel-colored if available)
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Easter candies (like chocolate eggs or jelly beans, optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
  • Stir in the marshmallows, pineapple, mandarin oranges, and any optional ingredients like coconut or cherries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the texture set.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle in Easter candies for a colorful, seasonal flair.
