fresh raspberries
For The Streusel:
1/2
cup
flour
1/3
cup
brown sugar
1/4
cup
cubed, cold butter

cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Preheat
oven to 350°F. Grease an 8- or 9-inch square baking pan.
Mix flour baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar
until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
Alternate adding
dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Fold in raspberries
gently. Spread batter evenly in the pan.
Make streusel
by rubbing butter into flour and sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake
40–50 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool slightly
before serving.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
