Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (plus more for topping)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher or bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Whisk in the vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Taste and adjust spices as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.
  • Pour into mugs or glasses and sprinkle with extra nutmeg or cinnamon before serving.
