Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries rinsed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp  nutmeg
  • 1 pinch  salt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (2 oranges)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a saucepan over medium-high heat. 
  • Continue cooking, for about 10 minutes, or until all or most of the cranberries have popped.
  • Stir, then remove from heat and let it sit to cool and thicken.

Notes

A 12-ounce bag of fresh cranberries equals approximately 3-4 cups.
