This Valentine’s Day Pink Hot Chocolate is made with simple ingredients, and you can whip up a batch in minutes!

Just 4 simple ingredients you can make this stovetop pink hot chocolate recipe in minutes!

If you’re looking for a yummy new Valentine’s Day tradition, try this fun recipe for a cold winter day in February.

Ingredients

  • Whole milk or half and half
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • White chocolate chips
  • Pink food coloring

In this recipe, use any kind of milk you have on hand. If you want it to be really creamy add half and half or even heavy cream to make it so creamy.

IF YOU WANT A SLOW COOKER COOK METHOD….

You can also make this Valentine’s pink hot chocolate in a slow cooker or crockpot. Simply add all ingredients but the food coloring and heat on high for 2-3 hours. Stirring at least once an hour. Add food coloring just before serving!

You can save your leftover hot chocolate in a mason jar for up to 3 days in the fridge. When you’re ready to serve it, simply pour it back into the saucepan and gradually reheat.

A FEW TIPS….

Very Important……be sure to stir the mixture as it heats up to prevent the milk from burning.

Add just a pinch of salt and a dash of vanilla extract to give more flavor to the white chocolate.

No white chocolate chips then just use a chopped white chocolate bar.

Use some red food coloring if you cannot find pink. Use just a little bit at first until you get the right color or pink you want.

If you haven’t tried Pink Hot Chocolate before, make this for the kids as a Valentine’s Day breakfast treat this year.
