Bacon-Wrapped Cheese-Stuffed Hot Dogs
YOU WILL NEVER EAT A PLAIN HOT DOG AGAIN!! I am not a big hot dog eater. But if you are like me you must try this recipe for Bacon-Wrapped cheese-Stuffed Hot Dogs. You will love them!! These are delicious for the Fourth Of July or any summer BBQ!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED…..
- Hot Dogs...use all-beef hot dogs.
- Bacon
- Cheese…Any type of cheese will work perfectly on these hot dogs.
- Jalapenos
- Buns
- Toothpicks
If you’re grilling, soak the toothpicks in water for 10-15 minutes first. This prevents them from catching fire on the grill
Then take your time grilling them so that, as the cheese melts, the bacon gets crispy all the way around.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg beef hot dogs
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese any kind you like
- 3 sliced jalapenos
- 8 soft buns
- 8 toothpicks cut in half
Instructions
- Slice hot dogs down the center but don't cut all the way through. Stuff the cheese in the pocket.
- Wrap one piece of bacon around each hot dog, secure each end with a piece of toothpick.
- Heat grill to med heat, grill hot dogs until bacon is cooked about 10- 12 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks and serve with soft buns topped with crispy onions and jalapenos
