Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup ¼ cup (half of a stick) melted butter
  • 2 cups  Bisquick all-purpose baking mix
  • 1/2 cup  cold sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cold  7UP soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Melt the butter in a baking sheet as the oven heats up.
  • In a large bowl combine Bisquick, sour cream, and 7UP and stir until completely combined and it forms a very soft and sticky dough.
  • Turn the dough onto a well-floured work surface. Flour your hands and fold the dough over onto itself 6-8 times. Pat the dough into a rectangle that’s about 1-inch thick.
    Gently transfer the dough to the mat and sprinkle most of the rest of the flour or Bisquick on top of it.
  • Use a floured round biscuit cutter to punch out the biscuits Arrange the biscuits in the pan with the melted butter.
  • Bake the biscuits until golden brown on top, about 20-25 minutes.
